Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Operations Associate to join our team. As a Client Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, coordinating services for fund/product start-up/conversions, and interacting with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Assist with account administration, including account openings, billing setup, tax reclaims, and market openings/exits/updates.
- Provide online support for client-facing applications and ensure timely and accurate production of client-customized reporting.
- Collect and analyze data for risk/compliance reporting and identify potential issues or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide on-the-job training to new staff.
- Bachelor's degree with business-related coursework or equivalent.
- 2+ years of related custody and/or fund accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of securities markets, languages, and products, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
