We are seeking Customer Service Associates to provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Woodbine Entertainment Group is a world-leader in horse-racing and entertainment, with a rich history and a commitment to innovation.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.

Key responsibilities include addressing customer needs, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, have strong communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our ideal candidate will be able to work afternoon and evening shifts, have a proven ability to deal professionally with customers, and possess a working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.

Additional requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English, ensure uniform and appearance comply with company standards, and be able to perform basic mathematical calculations with accuracy.

  • Must be able to work afternoon and evening shifts
