About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Adviser at KeAnu Inc. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek, offering a stable and rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of various materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to support the company's marketing efforts.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
  • Arrange for refunds and credits as necessary, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered, ensuring customers understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, providing valuable insights for business development and improvement.
  • Obtain and examine relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints, delivering meaningful information and services.
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving and logging complaints, receiving payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand the services provided and any associated risks or benefits.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
