Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers and contributing to the branch's sales targets.
- Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with our digital banking platforms and assist customers in using our mobile banking applications to manage their accounts.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital banking platforms and mobile banking applications.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
