La responsabilité globale de ce rôle est de veiller à ce que Tesla respecte ses obligations et engagements en répondant de manière précise et dans les délais aux demandes des clients. L'équipe de spécialistes du support de commande développe et entretient d'excellentes relations de travail avec les propriétaires de Tesla, tant avant qu'après la livraison de leur véhicule, ainsi qu'avec divers départements internes pour répondre aux préoccupations des clients de manière attentive et efficace. Les personnes qualifiées peuvent avoir une expérience en support client, vente ou administration. Les candidats réussiront à la fois dans un environnement indépendant et en équipe.

This is a full-time position for the Inside Sales and Inside Operations team. Work is done at the store and not remotely. The Inside Sales Tesla Advisor consistently delivers an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all our current and future customers. They are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.

This role's overall responsibility is ensuring that Tesla meets its obligations and commitments by responding to customer inquiries accurately and on time. The team develops and maintains excellent working relationships with Tesla owners both in Pre- and Post-Order of their vehicle and various internal departments to address customer concerns carefully and effectively. Qualified individuals may have customer support, sales, or call center background.

What You'll Do

  • Utiliser une approche consultative pour influencer les achats des clients tout en adhérant à la mission, au modèle commercial et à la marque de Tesla.
  • Fournir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients au quotidien.
  • Documenter avec précision les données, les préoccupations et les informations pertinentes sur les différents outils utilisés.
  • Entretenir et prendre en charge les relations avec les clients depuis la première interaction jusqu'au parcours du client.
  • Développer et maintenir un pipeline de vente, atteindre les objectifs mensuels personnels et de groupe avec les équipes sur le terrain.
  • Rechercher des moyens de collaborer avec ceux qui vous entourent tout en communiquant des moyens d'augmenter les performances collectives avec les partenaires commerciaux et les équipes sur le terrain.
  • Lire, analyser, suivre des processus et faire preuve de bon jugement lorsque cela est nécessaire. Faire un suivi pour fournir des commentaires lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Fielding inbound and placing outbound phone calls to interact with customers via phones, chat/SMS, email and text in topics surrounding Tesla Sales, Service, and Delivery
  • Reviewing and assessing customer inquiries, escalating follow-ups, managing pre-delivery orders, and analyzing post-delivery feedback
  • Using a consultative approach to influence customer purchases while also buying into Tesla's mission, business model and brand. Accurately documenting data, concerns, and relevant information on the various tools used
  • Maintaining customer relationships from the initial interaction throughout the customer journey
  • Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline. Achieving personal and group monthly metrics with the field teams
  • Seeking ways to collaborate with Tesla team while communicating ways to increase performance collectively with business partners and field teams
What You'll Bring

  • Un bilan prouvé pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs.
  • Compétences téléphoniques positives et énergiques, excellentes compétences d'écoute, excellentes compétences en écriture et génie grammatical.
  • Exceptional customer service, sales, and soft skills
  • Bilingual, French and English (French as mother tongue or equivalent proficiency). Use of English is required for communications with internal and external partners, understanding and analysis of documents, and use of multiple platforms, interfaces and software.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Positive and energetic phone skills including excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, and grammatical genius
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools including email, voicemail, MS Office, internet navigation, CRM applications
