About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our stores across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
  • Order Management: Accurately maintain customer and stakeholder data, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
