Customer Service Representative - Licensed Optician

This is a temporary to hire position with a unique workflow that balances proactive and reactive tasks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences, processing credits for damaged products, and performing data entry and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer returns and credits in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform data entry and run reports in Excel to track key performance indicators
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards and expectations
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Utilize advanced multi-tasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries
Requirements:
  • Licensed Optician with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with data entry
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a warehouse setting, with warehouse office experience preferred
  • Quick learner with ability to learn about products and services
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail

Your schedule will be flexible, with most weeks consisting of 5 days per week. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate, health and dental benefits, paid vacation, and paid sick days.
