Seeking detail-oriented individual to oversee sample life cycle, communicate with clients, and manage lab operations in London Depot.

Paracel Laboratories Ltd. is a multidisciplinary analytical laboratory providing environmental and microbiological services. Our strength lies in our people, dedicated to exceptional client service and technical expertise. The Role We're searching for a full-time Environmental Sample Management individual to be our frontline liaison between clients and lab operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and detail-oriented individual with superb data entry skills. Duties and Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients to assist with or direct inquiries • Answer incoming calls and greet client walk-ins • Work with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction • Provide clients with field supplies and sampling guidance documents • Receive and arrange samples for delivery and pickups • Verify orders to ensure sample integrity and accuracy • Log in and label samples • Communicate with lab staff on priority samples or samples with special requirements • Store and manage sample disposition • Assist in coordinating field supplies and sample submissions • Perform sample pre-treatment if necessary • Handle sample and supplies shipping • Carry out general office and administrative tasks • Comply with company QA/QC and Health & Safety policies and procedures Qualifications: • Minimum High School Diploma-Post secondary education is desired • Experience in Inventory Control or Materials Management is an asset • Effective communication skills and ability to establish productive work relationships • Organized and keen attention to detail • Good computer skills – MS office • Demonstrated initiative, detail-oriented, and positive attitude • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment • Lab experience is not essential and training will be provided Compensation Package The compensation package includes full benefits, an Employee Family assistance program, a Group RRSP plan, and a Profit-Sharing program.
