Position: Sales Operations Production Coordinator, Bell Media
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Status: Regular - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Various English TV station production coordination of ad boxes, lower thirds / snipes. Production back up for billboard, closed captioning billboard, and sponsorship elements for English channels
  • Weekly tracking of sold TV sponsorships
  • Acquire necessary production material and assets from client (i.e. graphics, visuals, taglines etc.)
  • Liaise with various creative departments for production of required elements
  • Manage quality control for all materials coming in from and going out to clients, and addressing client queries
  • Liaise with sales representatives regarding bookings and the status of any changes to their campaigns
  • Ingest creative for airing purposes and send traffic instructions re proper scheduling for all in-house produced elements going to air
  • Process & issue monthly discrepancy analysis reports
  • Other reporting needs as required
  • Process PSAs across various systems upon advice from Public Affairs
Critical Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in broadcast sales or client services
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
  • Ability to manage several projects at once
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrated multi-tasking, time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge and experience/success in new media tactics and application
