Coordinator, Streaming Products - Global Media

FAST (Free Ad Supported Streaming) channel growth is a focus for Blue Ant in the niche channel space.

We have already launched channels in North America, LaTAm, EMEA and APAC regions with brands such as Love Nature, HauntTV, Crimetime, Drag Race Universe, Homeful, Love Drama and Love Pets.


Reporting to the Manager, Streaming Products (and working to support our Project Delivery Team) the Streaming Products Coordinator will help with the processing and management of launch and refresh deliverables to multiple platforms, localisation projects, technical request/delivery with our media services team as needed and the internal tracking of assets and creative materials.


Focused on the Global FAST brands (Love Nature, HauntTV, Crimetime, Homeful, Love Drama and Love Pets) this position will also be responsible for monthly channel QC and updating channel + show level metadata.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with our Media Services Team to ensure all materials have been delivered and to create tickets for delivery requests
  • Help gather the metadata for each platform which includes requesting language localization if needed, maintaining and updating current metadata spreadsheets and delivering metadata to Media Services
  • Input and maintenance of programming metadata in the Broadview platform (our CMS)
  • Work closely with our team to ensure all delivery materials (which include the following: metadata, artwork, caption files, subtitles or dubbing files) are sourced according to each platform's specifications
  • Work with the the team to keep Google doc progress trackers updated and update project plans in Wrike (our project management system)
  • Support the FAST team in building an Airtable base to centralise tracking of workflows
  • Learn the operations of our FAST channels across platforms to act as back up contact for current team members should we need metadata updates, support tickets filed or schedule items confirmed
  • Conduct daily quality checks based on the parameters set by the FAST team

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to work autonomously and high degree of selfdirection on several deadlines at once
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and platform requirements and provide suggestions for workflow refinement
  • Strong attention to detail and an affinity for tracking and organizing data is critical
  • Proven ability to engage, collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of data entry into content management systems
  • Experience with scheduling software is an asset (such as Broadview, S4M)
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Google WorkspaceBackground in media and technology
  • Experience in broadcast television/OTT/AVOD/SVOD and a love of streaming content
  • Experience with AVOD/SVOD platforms such as Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and FAST platforms (ie Roku, Samsung TV Plus, LG) an asset
  • Knowledge of Airtable, Wrike (or other project management software) an asset
  • An understanding of SEO (for copy and video) is an asset
