Job Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator will assist the Ship Maintenance Lead in organizing all required routines while developing an integrated schedule for the Work Period. The successful candidate will manage the preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling
    • Develop and maintain integrated schedules for the Work Period
    • Coordinate with the Technical Material Expeditor to ensure accurate material availability
  • Work List Management
    • Prepare, monitor, and maintain Work Period work lists and schedules
    • Ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate schedule changes across the enterprise
    • Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinators to ensure smooth Work Pack Management

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • College Graduate with trade experience or postgraduate qualifications in Business, Project Management, or Engineering
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong computer literacy, with proven experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
    • Experience and knowledge with an ERP or EAM (SAP and Maximo preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
    • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences
