**Digital Modeling Artist** We're seeking a skilled Digital Modeling Artist to join our team, responsible for creating 3D models and environments for a CG animated film.

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Modeling Artist to join our team, responsible for creating 3D models and environments for a CG animated film. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with designers, surfacing artists, and technical directors to bring our creative vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Translate 2D designs into 3D objects * Create natural elements for environments in alignment with the determined creative style and direction of a project * Collaborate with designers, surfacing artists, and technical directors to facilitate optimal shot production * Collaborate with surfacing artists to ensure models match aesthetic and creative requirements * Collaborate with designers to ensure all necessary designs are created * Create complex models and environments that meet the project's set standard **Requirements:** * High level proficiency in using Maya and ZBrush * Advanced ability to work with polygonal and subdivision topologies * Ability to mentor and train team members * Collaborate with Department Supervisor and production management team to organize workflow and completion **Software:** * ZBrush * Maya **Nice to Have:** * Degree and/or diploma in fine arts or animation or equivalent experience * 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment within their discipline **Mainframe Studios is an Equal Opportunity Employer** We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and partners.
