The Royal Bank of Canada is a leading financial institution that values relationships and provides trusted advice to help clients achieve their financial goals. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to provide exceptional client service and support to our Advisory Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding and account management.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and other internal and external partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation and client files.
  • Help maintain and update team communication channels, including websites and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High level of time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
