Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Arrival Expert to join our team at Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and effectively
  • Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of guest interactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the hotel
