In this key role, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store's team, the sales representative, and the regional management team
- Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork
- Coaching, training and developing associates by providing both informal (e.g., on-floor coaching) and formal (e.g., written evaluation) job performance-based feedback
- Recruiting, interviewing applicants and making recommendations about hiring for open positions
To join our team, you need:
- 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry, is considered an asset
