A Day in the Life:


Sales competency (driving the sales playbook)Direction for target customers, demographicsSkill development and coachingPerformance management including pipeline velocity management, sales activity reporting and best practicesCRM and customer interaction toolsQuarterly field visits for client visits, cold calling etc.

Involvement in our National Sales What You Bring to the Table:5-10 years of proven experience in business-to-business salesProven record of building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with business customersProven track record of achievement demonstrated by meeting aggressive sales targets through direct and indirect influence and collaborationDemonstrable record of managing results through others, inspiring team and individual successA passion for personal and professional growthRespectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectationsAbility to ensure accountability to results that maximizes contribution to the businessStrong communication skills with the ability to present our vision to Franchise Partners - both orally and in writingStrong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting skillsA self-starter who can manage multiple, complex priorities simultaneously within demanding timelinesExperience with a franchise organization or channel sales is preferredExperience in using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is an assetAbility to travel (50% of the time) and attend meetings with Franchise Partners and corporate gatherings 1-2 times per quarter
