As a key member of our team, you will lead the Sustainability and Social Impact team, driving community investment efforts and building a strong communications plan to share our progress with customers, colleagues, and Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sustainability and Social Impact team and drive community investment efforts.
  • Develop and execute a strong communications plan to share our progress.
  • Act as a champion for Loblaw's key commitments and provide insight on sustainability and social impact trends.
  • Work with the ESG Reporting and Integration team to develop a leading ESG approach.
  • Measure and monitor progress against key strategies and plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience developing and implementing CSR/Sustainability programs and initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
  • Strong network within sustainability, environmental, and related communities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent demonstration of sound judgment and professionalism.
