Customer Success Specialist role at Goosechase, a SaaS platform empowering creators to engage and educate communities through interactive experiences.

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and provide a customer experience that delights our customers and their users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and making Goosechase an amazing product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Write engaging emails, messages, and other forms of communication
  • Identify and handle sales leads effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools
  • Previous experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus
  • Located within the EST time-zone
  • Comfortable with a high level of customer interaction
