Customer Success Specialist

Customer Success Specialist role at Goosechase, a SaaS platform empowering creators to engage and educate communities through interactive experiences.
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and provide a customer experience that delights our customers and their users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and making Goosechase an amazing product.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Write engaging emails, messages, and other forms of communication
- Identify and handle sales leads effectively
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools
- Previous experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus
- Located within the EST time-zone
- Comfortable with a high level of customer interaction
