Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a customer experience that delights our customers and their users.

You will work closely with our Product team and wider organisation to drive and fulfill our purpose.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of customer success principles.

Requirements include:

  • Recent experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using Intercom and Salesforce
