Rôles et responsabilités

Service à la clientèle

  • Accueillir les clients;
  • Vendre les passes de saison et les billets;
  • Recevoir et transférer les appels téléphoniques aux personnes concernées;
  • Répondre et retourner les appels des clients et en assurer le suivi;
  • Répondre aux renseignements des clients (en personne, au téléphone ou par courriel) en s'assurant de traiter efficacement leurs demandes.
  • Prendre en charge la location et la gestion des casiers;
  • Recevoir les commentaires de la clientèle;
  • Donner des renseignements aux clients sur les différents produits et services de la montagne;
  • Recevoir les plaintes de la clientèle;
  • Gérer les objets perdus/trouvés;

Gestion de la caisse

  • Recevoir et traiter les paiements en espèces, par carte de crédit ou par débit;
  • Enregistrer sur la caisse le détail des ventes;
  • Balancer sa caisse;
  • Gérer les différentes opérations reliées aux caisses;

Tâches connexes

  • Transporter, à l'occasion, des boîtes contenant des billets;
  • Contribuer à un réel climat d'entraide;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.
