Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process payments for city services and permits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate requests, dispatch teams, and track activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay organized and manage competing deadlines, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • High School and 1- or 2-year post-secondary education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to speak in both official languages at an intermediate level.
  • Knowledge of municipal work or dispatch experience, an asset.
