About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Dal-Tile Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, understanding their needs and objectives, and aligning our company solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, working closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, recommending initiatives to enhance our company's position within national accounts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and national accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Performance Updates: Provide regular updates to leadership on account performance and market trends, making process and business decisions based on an understanding of the company, customer, and industry practices, standards, and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years' experience in account management or field sales preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, strong presentation skills, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data, proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products, flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
