Job Title: National Account Manager

Christian Dior Perfumes is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our National Account Team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our direct-to-consumer brick and mortar launch and business evolution, as well as the development and account management of our wholesale-to-concession conversion retailer(s).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and seasonal promotional calendars to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and providing recommendations to optimize business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales Planning, to ensure seamless execution of retail events and programs.
  • Manage and negotiate returns, ensuring budgets are respected and maximizing viable TOA/tester allocations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management or direct to consumer planning experience in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Passion for relationship building and a willingness to travel as needed.
What We Offer:
