Senior Project Manager, Capital/Redevelopment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the planning, design, and implementation of capital and redevelopment projects, ensuring successful and coordinated completion of project components.
  • Establish project charters, plans, and objectives, and execute project plans according to project methodologies.
  • Lead project activities, including development, implementation, and planning, and operationalize new practices and work processes.
  • Track project progress, monitor and report on project status, and make recommendations to Director regarding project scope and changes.
  • Provide senior-level consultation and make recommendations for best practices, innovations, and efficiencies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Develop and recommend project budgets, and use best practice methods to monitor and adhere to allocated budgets.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Health Services Administration, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of recent experience in project management, facilitating consultation processes, and managing project teams.
  • Project Management Professional designation considered an asset.
  • Experience or working knowledge of information technology management, including procurement and deployment of devices and technology.
