Job Summary
The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Implementation, Slocan Site Redevelopment Project. This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Slocan Site Redevelopment Project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to develop and implement the project plan, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the needs of all parties involved.
- Develop and manage the project budget, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
- Ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
