- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including external consultants and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Project Coordination and Execution
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with project methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior leadership.
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as health services administration, computer information systems, or business administration.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects and redevelopment.
- Skills and Competencies
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on capital projects and redevelopment.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
