Clinical Operations Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects related to the preparation and movement of specialized clinical program areas.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical and facilities planning teams, project leaders, and stakeholders to develop transition, integration, and implementation strategies.
- Program Development: Lead the development of new or redesigned clinical services/programs to support care improvement priorities.
- Project Management: Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to assigned project teams, identifying and establishing the appropriate team structure, complement, and membership required for assigned initiatives.
- Knowledge Transfer: Promote the transfer of knowledge derived from organizational and provincial collaborations into clinical improvement activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or other relevant clinical discipline.
- Experience: Seven (7) years' recent related clinical experience in a healthcare environment, including five (5) years' experience responsible for managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and persuade leaders, physicians, and staff to embrace and take action on change management initiatives.
