Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate Operations Project Manager to join our Engineering and Operations Stream. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects that make a real difference to our planet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and present data, submit reports, and manage small improvement projects.
  • Integrate into each operations department on a rotating schedule, gaining experience in health & safety, production, quality, logistics, maintenance, and scheduling.
  • Develop improvement projects in each area.
  • Undergo external development training, such as H&S, ISO Auditing, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Participate in helping us achieve Planet Passionate goals.
Requirements
  • You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2025.
  • You should have no more than 12 months' work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.).
  • You must be eligible to live and work permanently in Canada.
  • You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
