Analyst Relations and Corporate Communications Manager

Push the boundaries of tech. In your sweatpants.

We are seeking a highly skilled, technologically savvy and hands-on Analyst Relations and Corporate Communications Manager to help us change the way the world works. This role will drive analyst relations, thought leadership programs, and public relations to make a significant impact on our corporate communications strategy and brand visibility. The position offers an amazing learning opportunity in a growing industry.

The top creative and technical minds could work anywhere. So why are so many of them choosing Alludo? Here are three reasons:

  1. This is the moment. It's an exciting time at Alludo, with strong leadership, a refreshed brand (you probably know us as Corel), and a whole new approach to changing the way the world works. We're at the forefront of a movement, and we want you to ride this wave with us.
  2. We want you to be you. Too often, companies tell you about their culture and then expect you to fit it. Our culture is built from the people who work here. We want you to feel safe to be who you are, take risks, and show us what you've got.
  3. It's your world. We know you have a life. We want to be part of it, but not all of it. At Alludo, we're serious about empowering people to work when, how, and where they want. Couch? Sweatpants? Cool with us. We believe that happy employees mean happy customers. That's why we hire amazing people and get out of their way.

Sound good so far? Awesome. Let's talk more about the Analyst Relations and Corporate Communications Manager role and see if we're destined to be together.

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will:

  • Be part of driving and executing the inbound and outbound Analyst Relations strategy for Alludo and in specific for our Parallels portfolio
  • Manage the submission processes for Parallels' inclusions in key analyst reports, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, and others
  • Work with executives to prepare them for media interviews, product demos, analyst briefings, and inquiries.
  • Write and edit press releases, bylined articles, comments and other AR/PR related content
  • Monitor industry trends in the EUC space and collaborate with product managers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to create newsworthy content and innovative campaigns that increase brand visibility among the media and analysts.
  • Handle inbound media inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key media, analysts, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and analyst research to create reports that track and measure outcomes and provide insights back to internal teams

What YOU bring to the team:

  • Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in executing successful corporate and product related PR campaigns and managing analyst relations.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and independent worker with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate them into compelling content.
  • Experience working with global agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)

What are you waiting for? Apply now We can't wait to meet you. (FYI, we're lucky to have a lot of interest and we so appreciate your application, though please note that we'll only contact you if you've been selected for an interview.)
