Job Title: Reservations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire the Team: Motivate and coach the reservations team to achieve and surpass sales targets, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Supervise and Support: Supervise and support the reservations team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee KPIs: Oversee the timely and accurate completion of KPIs, including monthly, year-end, and quarterly reports.
- Uphold System Policies: Uphold system policies and procedures, striving for 100% compliance.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for your destination, including gross and margin.
- Coach and Develop: Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Manage Conflicts: Manage and resolve conflicts with empathy and effective leadership.
- Proven experience in motivating, coaching, and supervising employees.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and leadership.
- In-depth understanding of sales targets and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Amadeus, and Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under conflicting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and individually.
