Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Student Homestay Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing the reservations process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate reservations and manage the reservation process
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform tasks such as establishing work schedules and procedures, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide technical advice
  • Manage staff and assign duties, including hiring and training
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Provide emergency services and ensure the overall smooth operation of the department
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
