Job Outline:
This position is responsible for the clerical, administrative and customer focused service support for the inpatient units including the management of information flow.
Education & Qualifications:
- Medical Terminology Course from a recognized Community College or equivalent organization
- Recent related experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a very busy work environment
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Supports the mission, vision and values of the Hospital
- Maintains corporate standards including ethics and confidentiality policies
