The Strategic Partner Development Principal Lead at gTech will be responsible for owning outcomes and decision-making, solving ambiguous problems, and influencing stakeholders with deep expertise in the domain.

The role requires working with senior executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management to drive strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.

About the Job:


gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies.

The Partner Engagement team advocates for xWS, building essential relationships with various stakeholders to facilitate xW success.
In this role, you'll shape Google's strategy impacting regulatory, commercial, and operational decisions, ensuring compliance and driving cost-effective practices. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders globally and locally to develop and execute unified approaches for xWS policies.

Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their strategic priorities within Product Areas and Bets.
Support extensive change management within PAs, consult senior decision-makers on xWS policies, and understand cost-saving strategies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with in-country stakeholders to develop and execute a unified regional approach for xWS policies.
