Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers' surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.

  • Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day
  • Lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts
  • Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving
  • Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • High School diploma, GED or Military Service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Self-motivation and drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
  • Positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit
