Join our Toronto office as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) where you will deliver top-notch administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential information, and aid various administrative tasks ensuring the CEO's office operates seamlessly. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work autonomously.

This is a hybrid work position.

What you will do
  • Be the primary contact for the CEO of Zurich Canada.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Manage budgetary activities for the CEO's office including submissions and expense monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team on CEO communications.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensure predictable attendance and availability as needed.
What you bring to the table

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma with 10+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a multinational setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and professional in interactions.
