Co-op Program Overview

Our co-op program is designed to identify and develop the next generation of tech entrepreneurs. We're looking for high-potential university students who are passionate about marketing and eager to learn and grow with our team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Co-op to join our performance marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the creation, execution, and monitoring of paid search campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Assist in keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential search terms and trends.
  • Support the creation of compelling ad copy and ad extensions to improve click-through rates and quality scores.
  • Help set up and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team.
Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, specifically paid search and online advertising.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with working with data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, contribute ideas, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
