We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker (Client Service Representative) to join our team in Laval.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Collect and review underwriting information from clients * Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations * Translate and review documentation * Prepare invoicing instructions * Respond to clients on insurance request certificates * Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices * Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing **Requirements:** * 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage * University degree (preferably in business or finance) * Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF * Customer service oriented * Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English * Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective time management and organizational skills **About Us:** BFL CANADA is one of the largest employee-owned and operated Risk Management, Insurance Brokerage, and Employee Benefits consulting services firms in North America.
