Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker - Client Service Representative to join our team in our Laval office. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Client Service Manager to achieve company goals and provide quality service to customers, colleagues, and insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and review underwriting information from clients.
  • Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
  • Translate and review documentation.
  • Prepare invoicing instructions.
  • Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
  • Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
  • University degree (preferably in business or finance).
  • Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
