Job Title: Collections Analyst
Job Description
The Collections Analyst is accountable for recovery and effectively managing and minimizing collections risk and exposure associated with the accounts receivable portfolio assigned. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of various volumes and locations, evaluating account status, monitoring terms, and negotiating payment arrangements. The analyst will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, organize work activities, address credit-related complaints, and liaise with third-party partners. Keeping up to date on collections legislation and managing administrative tasks are also key responsibilities. The role also includes recommending process improvements and assessing their impact on customers.

- Working knowledge of Canadian Sarbanes Oxley Regulations (Bill 198)
- Working knowledge of Canada Privacy Act
