- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability and meet business targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from key accounts promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years of key account management or a similar sales role, preferably within the beverage or CPG industry.
- Proven success in sales and account management growth in a customer/consumer-facing business.
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone.
- Valid driver's license.
- Preferred experience with natural/organic consumable products.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
