Job Summary: Customer Service Representative needed to provide exceptional customer experience, process financial transactions, and support business objectives in a fast-paced banking environment.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience with every interaction, processing a broad range of financial transactions, and supporting business objectives. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, while also promoting products and services to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
  • Assist with responding and resolving customer concerns
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems
  • Promote products and services to meet customer financial goals

Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred
