En tant que Customer Experience Associate, vous contribuerez à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle à nos clients. Vous serez chargé de créer un environnement de travail positif et de soutenir l'équipe dans la réalisation de ses objectifs.

Responsabilités

  • Offrir un service client exceptionnel à nos clients
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de l'équipe
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Participer à la formation et au développement de l'équipe

Exigences

  • High School diploma et/ou
  • 1+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Post-Secondaire ou Diplôme Universitaire (dans un domaine connexe) préféré
