About the Role

Peter Lucas Project Management Inc. is a leading provider of project delivery services, investing in people, community, and cutting-edge technology to achieve gold standard results. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Support professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to develop and maintain project schedules, scopes, and budgets.
  • Support project performance reporting and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A two-year diploma in Technology from a recognized institution, plus completion of three accredited courses in project management and leadership, and a minimum of six years of related experience.
  • OR A certificate, plus completion of four accredited courses in project management and leadership, and a minimum of seven years of related experience.
Desirable Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP and/or AACE designation would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in project control tools, risk management tools, and change management is an asset.
