Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Support professional to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project controls and project performance reporting in our Project Management Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors to develop project schedules, scopes, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project controls and performance reporting systems.
  • Provide expert advice on project controls best practices and cost and scheduling techniques.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field, from a recognized university.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Knowledge of project controls best practices and cost and scheduling techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP and/or AACE designation would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in project control tools, risk management tools, and change management would be considered an asset.
