About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our Technical Services team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with our Project Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting and Planning: Develop and execute project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with our Project Engineering teams.
  • Cost Control and Reporting: Prepare and establish cost breakdown structures, cost reporting systems, and ensure accurate monitoring of projects and programs.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliation of forecasted and actual expenditures and project accruals in conjunction with our accounting teams.
  • Project Controls: Identify project controls deliverables, budgets, and control points for each project to provide the project engineering team with accurate and relevant project controls information to assist with the successful execution of assigned projects.
  • Performance Measurement: Lead the development and implementation of methods to effectively measure project progress and contractor performance based on size, scope, and complexity of each project.
About the Team

You will work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Lead Engineers to cultivate a culture of autonomy, support, and collaboration.

You will also work closely with other functions in our Technical Services business unit and collaborate with our Accounting Department.
