Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation and Control Specialist to join our team. As an Instrumentation and Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets. You will also coordinate with project teams, prepare technical documentation, and provide technical assistance to field engineering and commissioning teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with project teams
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design criteria, P&IDs, schematics, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets, cable schematics, layout plans, installation details, cable lists, instrument lists, and equipment lists
- Develop procurement packages for instrumentation
- Provide technical assistance to field engineering and commissioning teams
- Maintain relationships with clients and develop business opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma in instrumentation or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-10 years of experience
- Proficiency in using engineering software for design and drafting, including AutoDesk and OpenPlant
- Availability to travel to serve clients in Regina and across Canada
- Language proficiency: English

- Able to quickly converge on problem-solving
- Knowledge of industrial automation
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation
- Knowledge of a design software (mandatory)
- Strong autonomy (self-motivated)
