About You

We're looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a people person with excellent communication skills, able to engage with customers in both Spanish and English. You'll be flexible, patient, and willing to jump in to help a teammate who needs it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate our products and marketing materials into Spanish as we explore new markets
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
  • Hold 1-on-1 onboarding sessions and product demos for new members
  • Record and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Educate customers on the full value of our products and services
  • Work closely with the development team to identify bugs and track feature requests
  • Travel to trade shows and events to represent the company and build relationships with customers
