This role is crucial in managing the Executive's schedule, his clients' calendars, and various brand deals, ensuring that deadlines are met and all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is self-reliant, can work independently without constant direction, and takes the initiative in all tasks. Basic bookkeeping skills are also essential for managing invoices for Constantine Consulting and his clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage Brody's calendar and his clients' schedules, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are organized and up-to-date.

Brand Deal Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing brand deals, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. Coordinate communication between Brody, clients, and brand partners.

Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for clients, managing their schedules and ensuring their needs are met in alignment with their brand strategy.

Invoicing and Basic Bookkeeping: Prepare and send out invoices to companies on behalf of Brody's clients. Manage Brody's invoicing, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.

Task Management: Proactively identify tasks that need to be completed and take the initiative to manage them without requiring constant direction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Experience in the marketing or social media industry is a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines efficiently.

Self-reliant with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Basic bookkeeping skills, including experience with invoicing and financial record-keeping.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook), invoicing software, and basic bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
