Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive-level support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the General Manager's calendar, ensuring effective use of time by coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and calls.
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, event planning, meeting support, workflow optimization, research and analysis, relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, and expense management.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
