**Job Summary**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our team in St. John, Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans for the implementation and deployment of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in a program management role
